This is one big scam! Exactly as the previous review says. They deducted 1.50 Kč from the 100 Kč credit themselves. And since they charge 99 Kč for 1GB of internet, you're trapped. This can't be a coincidence. And the promised 5GB of data is nowhere to be seen either.
Update: The helpful gentleman on the helpline sorted everything out. It wasn't the first time he'd encountered this. Apparently, poorly configured systems are to blame. Nevertheless, it still leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
Instead of a total of 6GB of internet, absolutely nothing!
Misleading advertising and a scam from Vodafone

They deducted 1.50 Kč from my extra credit, but I didn’t receive the 5 GB I was promised for the activation.
They automatically deducted 1.50 Kč from the extra credit.
I didn’t receive the free data for activating the service.

The very funny thing is how they play the environmentalist game here, how eSIM is not polluting the environment, blah blah blah, and then they send paper anyway. Just send the data by email..: -D It would save time, transport costs and thus the glorious environment. Has no one really thought of that yet?
Simply eSIM
Unnecessary paper form
Unnecessary transport
Unnecessarily longer delivery

I had an incredibly bizarre experience - first I got a sim card that belonged to a prostitute and I was constantly getting calls and texts from her clients. On my second attempt, I received an empty package without the card. Okay, amused.
