Gymnastic Balls

Gymnastic and exercise balls are not only a fitness tool, but can also help with rehabilitation and relaxation, or serve as alternative seating. You can also simply play with them. Ball size

Ball size is measured by its diameter. To choose the right ball for your stature, pay attention to the way your knees are angled when you sit on the ball. Your knees should be in the right angle or wider and should be slightly below the line of your pelvis to prevent you from stooping. This right posture is crucial if you want to reap all the health benefits and minimise the risk of injury. When choosing the size of the exercise ball, consult the following chart as a guideline:
