How to add a new warehouse?
In the Products tab, select Warehouse & shipping. Click on the green Add warehouse button.
Now, add the warehouse's working hours, which we will use to determine when the carrier can come to pick up orders.
How to add a new shipping method?
One of the necessary steps for launching the system is to secure carriers that will pick up your orders and deliver them to customers. This setting needs to be considered, so we recommend reading this article first: Setting up Shipping and Order Processing Time
Then, select the warehouse for which you want to set up shipping and choose Add shipping.
How to set a warehouse shutdown?
If you know that your warehouse will be unavailable due to stock taking, vacation, or for another reason, you must set it as unavailable in the Alza Trade portal. According to the Terms and Conditions, a warehouse shutdown must be set at least 14 days in advance. How to do it?

In the Alza Trade portal, in the left menu, select Warehouse & shipping:
- Click on the name of the warehouse and select the shutdown date:
- Submit for approval.
How to change a warehouse address?
- In the Products tab, select Warehouse & shipping and on the warehouse where you want to change the address, click Edit:
- Edit the address and submit for approval with the green button:

When changing the warehouse address, especially if the postal code changes, it's necessary to adjust the carrier settings. Therefore, during the change process, it's essential to suspend the option to order on the website. Once the new settings are in the system, you can resume operations.
