Marketing Campaign „Alza days“

The company Alza.cz a.s., CIN 27082440, TIN CZ27082440, registered office at Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/23, Postal Code 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 8573, (hereinafter referred to as "Alza") organises from 00:01 on April 7, 2026, until 23:59 on April 27, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period") a marketing campaign "Alza Days" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") and hereby sets out the terms and conditions of the Campaign, which are available at www.alza.cz/alza-dny.

Alza as a retailer, primarily supplies goods to private individuals as end customers and organises its promotional campaigns accordingly. In order to serve as many natural person consumers as possible, Alza expressly reserves the right to cancel orders from non-consumer customers in cases where the quantity of the product ordered exceeds the quantity normally required to satisfy the typical needs of natural person consumers. In such cases, Alza will notify the Buyer via e-mail that their order has been cancelled and, if applicable, refund the purchase price already paid. Additionally, Alza reserves the right to condition the delivery of the goods upon the payment of the purchase price in advance, even in the case of customers who are not consumers.

Alza would like to remind the customers that this Campaign is also subject to the advertising terms and conditions provided by Alza on the website www.alza.cz/reklama.

As part of the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on selected products listed on the website www.alza.cz/alza-dny (hereinafter referred to as "Products") amounting to 5, 10, 15, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 % of the current selling price of the Products on the Products marked with a discount code, upon its redemption in the shopping cart at www.alza.cz. The number of items the Buyer may purchase may be limited for the selected Products. The limit on the number of items in question is set automatically and the Buyer will not be allowed to add more Products to the shopping cart than the maximum quantity possible. The current selling price of the products from which the discount is calculated may change throughout the campaign, as the current selling price may be reduced or increased during the duration of the campaign, the final amount of the price after the discount (by redeeming the code) may also change. The amount of the discount (in percentage) remains the same throughout the duration of the Campaign.

The discount on the Products is valid for the period of inclusion of the Products in the Campaign or until the stocks last. The range of Products included in the Campaign may be amended during the Campaign duration.

The total stock of some Products is distributed to customers in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary and other countries to which Alza delivers its Products, namely on a first come, first served basis. This does not apply to regional/language specific versions of the product.

When ordering the Products offered in the Campaign, you must comply with the Alza Terms and Conditions and these terms and conditions of the Campaign.

The Campaign Products cannot be purchased by telephone or fax, but only online.

In order to qualify for the discount or to purchase the Products included in the Campaign at a discounted price, the order must be completed - it is not sufficient to only add the Product(s) to the shopping cart - and the completed order must be paid for using the preferred payment method.

The discounts provided in the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts or other price cuts that Alza provides or that can be claimed from Alza on the Products included in the Campaign, except where Alza expressly permits it.
