Manu Chao: Radio Bemba Sound System
LP Record The man who gave us the irresistible 2000 summer hit Bongo Bong (and the soundtrack to Madonna's film The Next Big Thing was a real highlight) returns with the first live album of his solo career. In the meantime, Manu Chao and his ten-piece live band, Radio Bemba Sound System, have played around 100 concerts worldwide. From Marseille to Tokyo and Los Angeles to Moscow, this diverse line-up has brought venues to a boil with its multicultural musical ratatouille. In September 2001, Manu Chao, the former leader and frontman of the band Mano Negra, performed live in Paris and made himself heard. The programme for that evening at the Grande Halle de la Villette featured tracks from both of his solo albums.
Justice: Audio, Video, Disco
LP Record "Audio Video Disco" – Justice evoke the pop culture triumvirate of the 80s with their new album. The follow-up to their 2007 debut, "†", will be released on 25th October via Ed Banger Records. When Justice released the album "†" four years ago, amidst the biggest hype surrounding Ed Banger Records and the New French House scene, they quickly became superstars – complete with a major label deal, a world tour, and a live DVD. This tour took its toll on Xavier de Rosnay and Gaspard Augé. Recording the follow-up took another three years. "Audio Video Disco" is out on 25th October. Their collaboration with Adidas is a testament to the league Justice are now playing in and the expectations that come with it.

LP Record Parcels live in the studio A studio album? A live album? In 2020, Parcels combined both under one roof: "Parcels: Live Vol. 1" is the new double album from the Australian electro-pop and disco-soul band based in Berlin. Louie Swain (keyboards), Patrick Hetherington (keyboards), Noah Hill (bass), Anatole Serret (drums) and Jules Crommelin (guitar) recorded a total of 18 tracks live at Hansa Studios in Berlin. In addition to songs from their 2018 debut album "Parcels" and earlier EPs, "Live Vol. 1" also includes brand-new tracks like "Elude" and "Redline". Electro, soul, pop, disco, perfect harmony and live energy in the studio: here is "Parcels: Live Vol. 1".

Metronomy: Love Letters LTD
LP Record Ambitious, adventurous and modern pop is now available. For the last six months, the curly-haired man has been a regular at Toe Rag Studios, finishing his highly anticipated fourth album. He draws inspiration from several bands: he has a passion for The Zombies, a fondness for Love, and a huge enthusiasm for Sly and the Family Stone. He is known for writing great songs, carefully crafting his lyrics and giving pop melodies entirely new forms. While he has previously used synthesizers and computers for this, he's looking to take things to the next level at Toe Rag Studios. Joseph Mount, from Totnes in Devon, UK, is the lead singer and creative force behind the band Metronomy.
Metronomy: The English Riviera
LP Record The new album from electropop group Metronomy is even more danceable than its predecessor. Producer and mixer Joseph Mount broke into the premier league of British bands with his second album, "Nights Out", and is already being mentioned in the same breath as Hot Chip and Klaxons. Just like the aforementioned acts, the Brits from Brighton inspire with their varied electro-pop, blending catchy tracks with exciting experiments. Metronomy's third album, titled "The English Riviera", will be released in April 2011.

Manu Chao: Clandestino

It’s built from minimal Latin and roots loops, an acoustic guitar, and the voice of Manu Chao, whom some might remember as the singer of the French-Spanish agitprop group Mano Negra. On his hard drive, Miguel Matamoros, Bob Marley, and Subcomandante Marcos meet over a bag of summer grass. The mood shifts, however, as their heads grow heavy with the misery of their nations. @Normal: Manu Chao is gallant, singing about the exiled and the exploited as if they were a beautiful woman he wants to ask for a dance.
