The slide of the whole PC with the slide is from side to side. somehow it doesn't make sense to me, why would it. I had planned to slide the PC deeper under the desk when it is not needed.
There is nothing like that in the manual, but it should be possible to turn it 90 degrees after loosening the screw on the top of the holder, but I haven't tried it yet. The lateral stability is very good, but I can't push the slide all the way to the top. and thus the top mounting is loose, which causes the whole pc to wobble.
The PC case has top ventilation and not just a metal plate (with a metal plate it would not be a problem). On top I have a dust filter and anti-vibration "screws". So I can't press the case "all the way down" to keep it firmly in the holder. If you have a case with top ventilation, you need to think about it! The trapdoor is really very close to the table top. A case (like mine) that has an upper USB is very difficult to use (but it can be done). The main problem is that the motors on the alzaergo ET1 newgen table will not fit (and I assume it will be the same for other alzaergo models). If you plan to place the PC holder on the inside of the table right next to the table leg, it won't work. it's about 1.5 cm off and it's hitting the engine. The latch will be good, but only if I can figure out the top grip, rotate it 90 degrees, and then how to narrow the table legs to place the latch on the outer edge.
assembly is easy and the instruction is clear (if you find it online)
the holder has a solid construction and looks like it could withstand a bit
minimal sideways movement and nice tight hold
sliding is from side to side, not from front to back
the pc is not completely stable in the slide, due to the upper attachment.
the holder should be a few cm lower than the table top

solid PC case holder for hanging under the desk top
decent mechanical design
easy assembly
solid metal plate that screws from the bottom to the table top with 6 screws (included). Therefore, it holds even on a cheap Ikea table with a sololite top (drill holes with a diameter of 2.5mm)
compared to the cheaper model, the possibility of sliding back and forth in the rails in the board under the table, so you can get to the cables on the PC nicely and after plugging it back (I recommend paying extra)
I glued the sockets of the 230V extension cable with switch to the side leg of the stand with 3M double-sided tape and tightened it with 2 electrician's tapes (black extension cable with 4-6 sockets ordered with the stand)
in both mechanisms there are springs that hold everything in place during assembly even if you have loose screws that fix the width and height of the holder
The assembly instructions in pdf are not downloadable on Alza.cz, so when I was deciding I wasn't exactly sure how it works. Alza, please.
the bottom part of the holder was not bent correctly, but the sikovky helped and after a while everything was OK
