huge cooler
excellent load temperatures - max 63° core and max 72° mem
for those who need a rainbow - although it is not in any pictures it has a backlit PHANTOM on the side
I haven't tested much without headphones yet but it seems very reasonably noisy (can be heard but can be considered quiet)
the cooler is so huge that the fans can run at 1500rpm even at almost maximum power consumption
I was surprised that the card is overkill for QHD, everything goes above 170hz (which my monitor can do), even more demanding games could easily handle 4k
even as a professional problem solver I have to admit that the multi frame gen looks very good (and spider-man 2 ran on the highest setting at 200+fps with it). And DLSS4 simply has no competition (I feel sorry for those who know nothing but FSR, although version 4 is finally becoming usable there)
when using 12VHPWR what was to the power supply the cable was disconnected, solved by using 2x8pin reducer what was directly to the graphics (so I hope there will be no more problems with this famous connector)
higher idle power consumption of 45-50 watts (compared to 20 watts for the 4070)
horrible idle temperatures, 60° core and 70° mem, for some mysterious reason the fans don't start even at this high temperature, they start only when some load starts and the card stays below 50° 🤷‍♂️
as if the fans can't start when the power consumption is below 200 watts
above 2000rpm the fans are noticeably audible and around 3000rpm they can be heard throughout the house
