A bit of a problem are the bottom plates, which are not completely flat and in conjunction with the perforated tube for the power supply in the cabinet to which the support is glued it does not look completely solid. However, with a little effort, they can be bent and a stable position found. I'm satisfied. The sides are sheet metal, so you can't see inside. The legs are not magnetic. There are adhesive pads on the bottom (covered with non-adhesive film), but you may not want to use these for future stand removal. But neither of them matter, the whole stand is held in place by the bottom support and firmly attached to the GPU. There is a risk of collision with the CPU (air) cooler. Because of the HDD, I can't put the stand up to the edge of the GPU, it has to be between the second and third fan. This means that it is already under the CPU cooler, which is about 1 mm away. I have a Pure Rock Pro 3 (quite bulky, but they are bigger) and graphics in the highest PCIe = second card slot of the case.
The legs are not completely perpendicular to the main axis. Their outer edges are lifted up a bit, so the whole stand doesn't stand straight, it sways a bit from side to side. Defective piece or bad product design? However, it still serves its purpose.
