Who follows modern nutrition.
He knows so well what creatine can do.
Personally, I take 20g for a week(split into 4 doses) and then take 5g every day.
With the combination with HMD and Arginine it is exercised better.
Simply a proven monohydrate
The price on Alza is unbeatable.

I don't understand how someone can make creatine about taste. Creatine is not taken as something to be tasted or as something to be sipped during your workout. Just a little water, creatine and a quick drink.
The scoop is not there but I think it is an unnecessary luxury that only increases the price. Everyone has a lollipop at home.
Simple creatine
Super price
