I go on really long hikes with the watch several times a week with the GPS on, sleep monitoring is on, and the watch still lasts a week. I really appreciate the higher quality of the workmanship compared to Venu 3. There is one button missing and the controls take a bit of learning, but then it's a breeze. I can recommend the Venu 4 to anyone who doesn't need super high level equipment for pro workouts. For casual daily wear and recreational sports, this watch is excellent. Plus, they look good.
