Quiet on the handles. incredibly quiet
noisy wheel: -) which is ridiculous for a silent model

Buttons are quiet, has invisible optics - no light disturbance at night with light transmission
The scroll wheel is noisier and occasionally skips contact - I hope this is only an isolated problem with a similar type without "Silent"

completely silent
it's my little girl's favourite mouse, because I can play a shooting game in bed and she can sleep in peace: )

silent clickers without sound
it's really tiny and light
I'm buying another one
noisier wheel, but it is really negligible
the red colour is not the same as in the picture, it is lighter!

the battery lasts me over a year
quiet buttons (they can be heard, but very little) and the click of the switches is noticeable
the scroll wheel is a bit louder than I would have expected with this mouse

Really quiet clicking.
The sensor works perfectly, and it's (apparently) in IR, so visually there's no light on the mouse - you can't even tell it's on: -).
The wheel (spinning) could be a little quieter, but it's not a tragedy.
