Large selection of drinks and their modifications
Quite quiet grinder
Maintenance of the milk system (can be done in the dishwasher and hand rinse very fast)
Washing other components in the dishwasher
Drinks tasty of course depends on the coffee used.

the milk system can be cleaned without special products - in the dishwasher
large selection of drinks (even if one ends up going for only 3 types anyway)
possibility of profiles for individual users
Pump noise (delonghi are much quieter)
quite a lot of water in the drip tray - even if you rinse in a cup, there is plenty to pour out
when the machine is switched off, it does not recognise that the waste container has been emptied, so it forces you to empty it even if it is empty.

12 types of good coffee
good milk foam until the frothing worked (first 2-3 months after commissioning)
design, dimensions, display control
currently in complaint for the second time due to poor milk frothing (maybe just a defective piece? )
