Very useful thing; -)
Space-saving
2x USB
Maybe a shorter cable, but that's not necessarily a disadvantage

Unlike other reviewers, I don't hear beeping when charging via USB (I do with other chargers otherwise. ) I may have gotten lucky on a piece.
The clasp for attaching the cable will please people with OCD.
It has a total of 4 sockets, but one will be blocked by the included bracket if you decide to use it (e.g. hang the cube under the table. )
The child safety is really stiff, sometimes it takes brute force.

A bit of an exotic extension cord. The main advantage is that the charging adapter for my phone and tablet will not be taken away from my desk.
It's a stylus, so if you don't want to be friends with it that way, it's going to be a bit of a clunky cube.

USB port
Fixing to the table
Lots of sockets, never cross, nothing ever gets in the way
The sound of the transformer inside is audible near the socket and is quite annoying
