We therefore recommend that you check the tightening of the lever when settling into the jaws, the lever must be at least perpendicular to the machine, then fill the sieve in the lever up to the crease so that there is no unnecessary water (for smaller amounts of coffee there are different sieve heights) and then clamp the coffee in the lever with all the force.
