**Very satisfied – great coffee and surprisingly quiet**
We only bought the Siemens TP511R01 EQ500 classic coffee machine at the weekend, so these are just our first impressions for now, but we can already say that we're very happy with our purchase. We've tried the Espresso, Caffe Crema and Cappuccino, and we were pleasantly surprised by the taste of all the drinks. Our current favourite is definitely the Caffe Crema. It's beautifully smooth, has a lovely crema, and most importantly, we don't taste any of the unpleasant bitterness we've noticed in some other automatic coffee machines. We find the coffee to be very well-balanced and have really grown to like it. The Cappuccino, on the other hand, is beautifully fluffy and the milk foam has a very pleasant consistency. The Espresso is a classic, of course, but even with that, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the result. Another big plus for us is the noise level. Some reviews rate it as being on the louder side, which we definitely can't agree with. On the contrary, we find the machine very quiet, including the grinding process itself. Our previous automatic coffee machine from a different manufacturer was incomparably louder. So for us, this is a clear advantage. We also have a positive view of the size of the coffee grounds container. Some might find it a bit small, but we see it as an advantage. It simply forces you to empty the grounds more often, so damp coffee waste doesn't sit in the container for too long, which can start to smell or go mouldy over time. We have one minor complaint about the drink selection buttons. The images used look a bit cheap, which we think is a shame given the otherwise well-designed look of the machine. The second minor issue is the manual, which is unnecessarily clunky in places. This is most noticeable during the initial setup of the machine, where we would have appreciated a clearer and more straightforward procedure. The accessories included were also an interesting surprise for us. Although we came across information in many reviews that a water filter wasn't included, we surprisingly found one in the box. It's possible that the contents of the package have changed over time or vary depending on the specific distribution. We were also pleased with the price of the consumable accessories. We went ahead and bought some things to stock up on, and given the prices of filters and other consumables, running the coffee machine doesn't seem overly expensive to us. So, overall, we're very satisfied so far. In the few days we've been using it, we've quickly gotten used to the coffee machine, and the quality of the drinks, in particular, has been a pleasant surprise. Now we just hope it continues to work just as well in the long run.

I bought this coffee machine when it was heavily discounted and overall I'm happy with it. For the final price of around 5,600 Kč it offers decent functionality and a practical solution for making coffee; however, for the original price, or even 10,000 Kč, I would have expected significantly more from it. If you get it in a big sale, it's a sensible and functional coffee machine with a nice two-cup dispenser and easy maintenance. But if the price were back around 10,000 Kč or higher, I'd look elsewhere – in my opinion, the build quality, speed, and design don't justify such a price.
Good value for money after the discount – for roughly 5,600 Kč, it's a fair automatic coffee machine that does the job.
The two-cup dispenser is well thought out – when preparing two cups, the coffee is dispensed in two separate shots, so it doesn't just brew one long shot through a single 'puck'. It feels more professional and is very practical.
Adjustable grinder – the grind level can be freely adjusted according to taste and the coffee used.
Reasonably quiet operation – the grinder isn't silent, but compared to some Italian competitors in a similar price category, the noise level is lower.
Easy maintenance – the brewing unit and other parts can be removed, rinsed with water and maintained without any hassle. The manufacturer also states that some plastic parts can be washed in the dishwasher up to 60°C.
Fully removable brewing unit – it's easy to access via the front service door, making maintenance convenient.
Low return rate – according to Alza's data, this wasn't a problematic product, which reassured me when buying after the big price fluctuations.

Slow preparation – the coffee machine is slow to heat up and slow to dispense the coffee. If you're used to faster machines, the difference is noticeable.
Weaker tamping pressure on the coffee puck – at certain settings, the coffee compression seems lower than on other coffee machines, which can affect the final drink.
A lot of water in the waste container – more water drips from the brewing unit than I'd expect, so the container needs to be cleaned more often.
Poor design and plastic construction – the device feels like a plastic box. The combination of glossy and matte plastic on the side doesn't look good.
The door is inconvenient to open – the front door has hinges on the left and doesn't slide out. If the coffee machine is placed next to a wall on the left, the door can get blocked.
The spare parts are expensive – when I checked the prices of spare parts, they seemed high, which is something to consider for long-term running costs.
The front panel feels cheap – the drink icons are just printed on, not shown on a display. The combination of the small display at the top and the printing on the front doesn't feel like a premium solution.
