Nice design
Hidden LEDs that can also be switched off completely or just for the night
Easy setup
Network speed and stability perfect so far
Child profiles with restrictions
Price/performance ratio
Remote access
Ability to set up multiple network administrators
Some people may not like this automation, but for me it's a nice transition into the 21st century compared to the horrible web interface before
The app is only in English, but it can be managed without any problems

I'm throwing the device away, donating it, because of a major security setback that I can't identify with. I won't be using it. I can't give it back. I didn't get to the configuration in time. A long time has passed since the purchase.
I may be paranoid, but that doesn't mean someone isn't watching me: -)
There are probably some positives, but I won't discover them, because of a major security reservation.
It cannot be configured without a connection to a cloud account (TP Link ID) and without an internet connection. For me an absolute showstopper. By definition security unacceptable. Internal network element. the obligation to log into the device only with a cloud account from the web!? WTF

5ghz can be forgotten. transmits, but under the same ssdid as 2.4ghz and every device automatically connects to 2.4ghz.
if you have your own router and you just want an access point, there is absolutely nothing to set, just the LED on top flashing. No, I'm not exaggerating.
it's bullshit for kids. my mom would probably take it, but in the smart house world, I require the access point to have VLAN settings, multiple ssid, channel settings and preamble. this has nothing.
I'm going to go back and switch to Ubiquiti AP
