"Ona Dnes shopping"

1. Introductory provisions

a) Trading company Alza.cz a. s., ID 27082440, Tax ID CZ27082440, with registered office in Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Entry 8573 (hereinafter referred to as “Alza“) organizes in the period from 00:01 on May 17th, 2021 till May 23rd, 2021 until 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Period”) marketing campaign called „Ona Dnes shopping“ (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) and hereby sets out the rules and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website http://www.alza.cz/EN/ona-dnes/e19.htm. 

b) Alza draws attention to the fact that this Campaign is also subject to the conditions for advertising, which Alza states on the www.alza.cz/reklama.

2. CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING DISCOUNT

a) As part of the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on selected goods from the categories TV, audio-video, small and major domestic appliances, beauty, toys, drugstore, media, sport, hobby, which are listed on the website http://www.alza.cz/EN/ona-dnes/e19.htm, for which the discount code is indicated (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”), while the discount is provided in the amount of 15% on the Goods signed with the icon “15%” and in the amount of 20% on the Goods signed with the icon “20%” with the code for Ona Dnes shopping from the May edition of Ona Dnes, Magazín DNES + TV, Žena a život or in the app PORTMONKA. Starting 18^th May 2021 you will also find the codes on the detail of the Goods included in the Campaign. These are the Goods that Alza has in stock at the time of the beginning of the Campaign. The offer will only continue until the end of the Campaign or while stock lasts, whichever comes first. 

b) The discount is provided based on the use of the code during the order process. For each order it is possible to use only one code. In case the customer wants to by more product for which different amount of the discount shall apply, it is necessary for him to place more orders, one for the respective amount of the discount. The code may be used repeatedly. The number of the pieces of the Goods bought during the Campaign is limited by the stocks of Alza only.

c)Alza reserves the right to change the offer during the Campaign. 

d)Alza notes that the discounts in the Campaign are calculated from the ”original”. The “original price” refers to the price for which the goods/services/licences in question were originally offered in Alza’s e-shop or the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, excluding any bonuses, promotions, special offers or other discounts; the latter being at all times displayed alongside the selling price, which better reflects the product’s market price level.

3. ORDER

a) When ordering the Goods offered in the Campaign, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Alza and with these conditions of the Campaign.

b) Provision of the discount, ie. the Goods in the Campaign at the discounted price, is conditioned by the proper completion of the order, not just placing of goods in the basket, and by proper payment of the order. 

c) Discount provided for the Goods in Campaign may not be combined with any other discounts or other price advantages provided by Alza or which may be applied on Alza. 

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

a) Alza declares that it is not responsible for errors in the transmission of electronic messages.

b) Alza reserves the right to change the conditions of the Campaign and, if necessary, to cancel the Campaign.

c) The participant is not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with participation in the Campaign. Alza expressly states that the discount or Free delivery eventually provided with the Goods cannot be cashed, nor even due to the return of the Goods. The Campaign Participant who returns the goods is not entitled to any compensation, except for the reimbursement of the price actually paid for the goods. 

d) Alza reserves the right to exclude participant from the Campaign whose: 

1. do not fulfill the conditions of the Campaign;

2. use a card for which they are not the authorized holder;

3. will act in violation of the law and/or good morals and/or will commit fraud in connection with the Campaign;

4. shall provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.

In the event of exclusion of the Participant, such Participant is not entitled to compensation for costs or damage that may arise.

e) These Campaign Rules take effect on the day they are announced.
