Steam Generator Ironing Systems

Steam generators, unlike conventional steam irons, produces steam in an external tank. This ensures constant steam power, which is up to 3 times greater than in steam irons. Additionally, by having a separate reservoir, the iron itself is lighter, which makes it highly efficient and easy to use. Steam generators are ideal for households that do regular ironing in large quantities.

Type of steam generator

With boiler

  • 1 water tank, in which water is heated
  • water cannot be added during use
  • longer heating time

With heating element

  • the reservoir is made of two parts: the first is where water is added, while the second is where water is heated
  • water can be added during ironing
  • shorter heating time

Power Consumption

  • the more power, the more efficient the ironing
  • ideally greater than 2000 W

Steam power

  • indicates the steam ouput
  • usually ranges between 0-120 g / min

Soleplate material

  • affects the iron's resistance to scratches
  • durable Materials: ceramics, sapphire
  • less durable materials: stainless steel, Teflon, aluminium

Additional functions

  • Anti Drip / Drip Stop - prevents water dripping from the iron
  • Vertical steam - allows ironing in an upright position
  • Rapid warming
  • Automatic shutdown
  • Anticalc / Calc clean - used for descaling irons
