Absolutely brilliant idea and for a very low price too. Now I don't have to worry about what to choose and whether it will be unnecessarily expensive with the added shipping cost. So when I'm looking for something, I always check first if Alza has it in stock. Then I just select the item, pay with my card, and the box with the item is just a short walk from my house and I can usually pick it up the next day. It's true that this service has increased the number of items I order from Alza, but I also don't have to look for items elsewhere and pay for shipping. Highly recommended!

Nice service, definitely worth buying for the whole year. The big advantage is that there's no minimum purchase amount; they deliver for free even if your order is just one crown.

Good service for customers who shop at Alza often. It pays off especially for those who don't have the option to pick up the goods for free at the store and have them sent to AlzaBoxes. I don't have to buy multiple things at once (to save on shipping fees), but I can order small items more often and I still don't pay anything for shipping.

I got AlzaPlus+ while shopping for Christmas gifts to avoid paying shipping for five parcels, and I’m really happy so far. If I need just a USB cable or my keyboard breaks - I don't have to pay postage and I can have the package the next day in an AlzaBox a few meters from my house.

What is AlzaPlus+ and when can I get free delivery?

AlzaPlus+ is a paid customer program whose members get free shipping for their purchases to AlzaBoxes, branch stores, and and pick up points (Packeta, PPL Parcel Shop, Czech Post, AlzaDrive) along with special discounts. There is no limit to the number of purchases within the membership, so you can shop without delivery fees every day if you like.

Free delivery applies to the entire product range, i.e. all products that can be delivered to a store, AlzaBox, or other pick up points (delivery options are shown in the shopping cart). In exceptional cases, it may happen that we are unable to deliver a particular item using any of the methods listed above. In such cases, free delivery does not apply to that item.

Free delivery includes only selected delivery methods and does not apply to additional paid services (such as cash on delivery).

How can I get an AlzaPlus+ membership, and how do I activate it?

You can get AlzaPlus+ by clicking here nor by activating it in your cart when selecting delivery options. If you purchase the membership while buying another product, the free delivery applies to that purchase as well. Find out how to activate your membership in our guide.

AlzaPlus+ membership can also be obtained as a gift with selected products. Please note that if you purchase multiple products, the gift is only provided once. The membership is activated automatically.

How much does AlzaPlus+ cost and how long do I pay for it?

AlzaPlus+ costs 25 CZK per month (when paid annually at 299 CZK per year). The membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

If you'd just like to try AlzaPlus+ or purchase it for a shorter period, you can choose a monthly membership for 59 CZK. The monthly option is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the membership is paid for by card, it renews automatically.

Can I try the program for free?

We do not offer a free trial period, but you can activate the program for a month at the cost of 59 CZK. If you make more than one purchase in a month, the free delivery benefits will have already paid off the membership fee.

You can also receive an AlzaPlus+ membership as a gift when purchasing selected products. Please note that if you purchase multiple products, the gift is only provided once. The membership is activated automatically.
