Choosing the Integration Method

If you have decided to use a different system for order management than the Alza Trade portal, you need to set up a connection between the systems. You can find out how to do this in the following guide.

After logging in to the portal, in the Integration selection section, you need to choose the method of integration – how you will send us product availability data and where you will manage orders. If you've chosen the Alza Trade warehouse system, this tab won't appear, and you'll need to switch to any other integration:



Next, submit your settings for approval. After your request is approved, you will see a new tab called API and Communication in your registration. In the API and communication tab, you will find the information you need to connect to other systems: Supplier ID, Branch ID, and Secret key.



How to choose the right integration method?

The options are as follows:

1. Alza Trade

  • You manage orders directly in the Alza Trade portal. You can find instructions for managing orders HERE.
  • It is necessary to have an XML feed that contains the required parameters for the products you want to connect to Trade. You can find instructions HERE. This XML feed is used to send us data about product prices and availability.
  • This option is free and is suitable for small and medium-sized suppliers.

2. Add-ons

  • Add-ons are used to directly connect e-shops and ERP systems to Alza Trade.
  • Data about products and orders are automatically synced with the used system or e-shop.
  • The add-on is similar to API integration for supported systems (everything is automated).
  • You can find add-ons on the Alza Trade website.
  • 3. Integrators

    • Platforms that provide connection via their own application, which handles order processing and sending basic product data.
    • Product data is typically uploaded using a product feed connection or can be added manually (without a feed).
    • You manage orders directly through the integrator's application.
    • You can find integrators on the Alza Trade website.

    4. API

    • Suitable for large suppliers with a large number of products and/or their own IT team.
    • Direct connection to Alza's system, in which orders and product information are automatically synced.
    • The main advantage of this option is the automation of all processes.
    • API documentation is available here.
    • This option is the most time-consuming and technically demanding and may require testing.
