Fugees: Blunted on Reality
LP Record Blunted On Reality is the 1994 debut album from Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill and Pras Michel, collectively known as The Fugees. The album features fewer political lyrics than their second album, The Score, but the political intentions were certainly there. As Wyclef Jean described the meaning of the title in an interview: “When the police are messing with someone for something that person didn't do, and they try to pin it on them, that blunts reality for you.
