How to create product listings?
Product listings are created using Excel spreadsheets, which can be generated in the administration, in the Listing and product editing:
To start selling on Alza Trade, you first need to list your products. This means adding them to the correct categories in our offerings, along with all the basic information. You can find instructions on how to do this below.

Bold columns in the parameter sheet are mandatory, so you must fill them in, or products cannot be listed. However, it's recommended to complete all parameters for better customer understanding.
It's essential for values like supplier codes and EAN codes to match the values you've entered in the Expando/Alza Trade application or sent in Full Availability messages for API integration.
Values for parameters are provided in dropdown lists. If you're entering numerical values, use kilograms for weight and millimeters for dimensions. The only exception is for the package depth, height, and width, which should be in centimeters.
The image must be on a white background and inserted as a link. It must not be in a gallery (e.g., Google Drive), under a password, etc. More information can be found directly in the table, in the "Image info", "Instructions", "Image info", and "Example" sheets.
Pay attention to the control and correct filling of the Parameter_2015, Product Supplier Code. The filled value must match the values that you send us in the feed as the SKU value, or under the "code" element in the Full Availability settings, otherwise the products will not be displayed on the website.
Based on the selected category, the corresponding XLS template will be selected. This template will contain the necessary data and parameters to be filled in. If you have products from multiple categories, you will need to generate a separate XLS template for each category. You can find the category by entering the category name or keyword in the search field, or on Alza.cz. The category tree can be found in the upper part of the website. If you cannot find a suitable category for your products, you can choose the closest similar category, or contact the Alza Trade team to create a new category.

Filling out the listing table

In the next step, you'll upload the table to the portal.
Click the green "Upload .XLS template" button.
A window will appear where you can drag the filled template or select it directly from your computer.
After clicking "Upload," the template will be uploaded to the portal. The table is then placed in the listing queue, and you will be informed about the progress of the listing. Currently, the listing process takes a few days to a few weeks, depending on the volume and accuracy of the data filled in.
You will know that the template has been successfully uploaded when you see it in the list of uploaded files:

After listing the products, you need to activate them in the Alza Trade portal. You can do this in the Goods - Product overview. Select the products and click the "Activate" button.
