Manual Product Listing
Manual listing is not functional at this time. Expected launch is June 2025. Until then, please list through the spreadsheet. We apologise for the inconvenience.
To manually list a product, hover over the "Goods" tab in the Alza Trade portal and select "Bulk imports of products".
Then select the "Manual listing" tab and click on Add product.
First, we need to verify if the product with the given EAN is not already listed in the system, so enter the EAN of the product into the EAN field and click "Check EAN and continue".
If we know the EAN and have the product listed, you'll see the following message after checking:
Following the instructions, fill in your supplier code for the product and add the product to your portfolio. If you want to activate the product immediately, select the Add and activate.
If we don't know the EAN, you'll see a new page where you need to fill in the product category, mandatory parameters, and your internal supplier codes, along with an image and product dimensions.
Based on the selected category, proceed with the listing.
Example of product filling
To fill in all parameters correctly, use our guide. The principle is the same, except that you select values directly from the drop-down in the portal and do not fill them into the table.
- Select the product category, where you want to list. The system will offer possible categories after typing the product into the search bar. Check the category for the product and proceed to the next step. If you're unsure where to place the product, use the help in our guide.
- Select the product manufacturer from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the Product Name, part number, and supplier product code (your internal code).
- Upload product photos, where the condition is to have an image on a white background, and the minimum resolution of the main image must be 600x600 pixels.
- Next, fill in the price in CZK from the feed, as well as the copyright or recycling fee. The price must match what you send in the feed.
- In the proposed product description, fill in a description that will present your product on the website. You can only upload a link to the product on your website, which we will use as a basis for creating the description. In the case of an automatically generated description, your description will not be used, and it will be generated based on the parameters you have filled in, so we urge you to fill in as many parameters as possible (including optional ones).

- The next step is to fill in the dimensions and weight of the product.
- Then just submit the product for approval and wait for processing. We will contact you if necessary.

- Inadequate short/long product descriptions
