Specifications for packaging alcohol
Alcohol can be delivered by multiple carriers, but we prefer delivery through the carrier DPD. You can find instructions on how to properly pack a parcel for DPD at the link here.

Most commonly, damage occurs to the bottom of the bottle. We recommend using thick bubble wrap as padding, wrapped around the entire bottle, with the folded parts of the wrap providing protection to the bottle's bottom.
In the case of a larger number of pieces in one shipping pack, it is essential to use a grid made of additional cardboard inside the shipment, which will separate the bottles completely wrapped in bubble wrap from each other and protect them from damage from each other.
If the packaging is different than stated, the carrier may not accept a claim for damaged goods. In this case, the sender of the parcel is responsible for the damage.

Delivery to an Alza branch store

When delivering to an Alza branch store, do not forget to also affix the BCX codes on individual bottles (see
Packaging Methodology), and add an expedition label
- For alcohol, shipments to the branch are not consolidated, meaning if you have 5 orders for a particular branch, you send 5 parcels
