Click on the New registration button: -
A link will open for you: https://www.alza.cz/Registration.htm -
Enter your email address, which you will use to log in to the Trade portal, and fill in all the required information. -
Once you have your email and password filled in, log in to the Trade portal.
Now you can manage new users, order notifications, and more in the Trade portal. You can find our guide HERE
!
Use the same login credentials as for your My Alza account. My Alza is the standard customer account for purchases on Alza.cz. Every user who will be using the Alza Trade portal must have a My Alza account.
2. Data entry
To connect to Alza Trade, you must first fill in all the basic information; otherwise, you won't be able to proceed with the integration. If you don't have all the required information filled in, Alza will send you reminders. If you repeatedly don't respond to reminders, your account will be marked as inactive.
You can monitor the current integration status in the Overview section of the portal.

Logistics settings
In the Logistics tab, you need to fill in the main contact and how you will process orders and manage products. You can find more information about integration choices in our guide here: HERE
Billing settings
Here, you enter contact information for a person who can assist with accounting-related issues such as invoices and credit notes. You can choose between EDI communication and Self-billing; you can find more information HERE.
If you choose EDI communication, you must first register on the Orion website HERE. Alza will send you orders for goods through EDI communication, and you will be required to send invoices and corrective tax documents.
If you choose Self-billing, Alza.cz will generate documents on your behalf, so you don't have to worry about invoicing at all. Alza will issue invoices and credit notes with your billing details and pay them according to the set due date. Alza will then send the issued invoices to your chosen email.
Adding a warehouse
In the Warehouse and shipping tab, fill in the warehouse address, working hours, and contact person.
In the Warehouses and shipping tab, you can also set up warehouse downtime; you can find the guide HERE.
Adding Shipping
After adding a warehouse, the next step is configuring the shipping options, which you can easily add in the Warehouse and shipping tab.
Shipping setup procedure
- Choose a shipping name, which will subsequently appear in the warehouse and shipping tab
- Select whether you need shipping for small/large items. If you are planning to offer both small and large products, you must add these shippings separately
- Choose a shipping type and whether you will use Alza carriers or have your own carrier. You can learn more about shipping options here.
- Choose delivery methods, i.e., delivery to an address, to Alza branches, and to AlzaBoxes. Delivery to Zásilkovna pick-up points is optional.
- Fill in the collection time (by when order confirmation/expedition must be confirmed) and the time required to prepare the order (COT/Order Reception Limit).
- Fill in the parameters of the shipped goods.
- Send your shipping query for approval.

3. Connecting the price and availability feed
We recommend connecting the feed before listing your products, as if you have products in the feed that are already listed on Alza.cz, they will be immediately matched to your account and you do not need to add them to the listing.
If you have chosen to process orders through the Trade portal in your logistics settings, you will need to enter the URL of your product feed and map it to the Import Price and Availability section. Connecting the feed does not list products. You can find more detailed instructions on how to set up the feed HERE.
If you have chosen a different method for connecting than the Trade portal, you will need to set up the connection in the add-on you have chosen. You can find instructions for connecting the price and availability feed on the website of the provider. If you need help or need to troubleshoot an issue with the add-on, you should contact the provider's customer support directly. Connecting the feed with a different provider also does not list products.
!
Where can I find the API keys?
You can find the API keys you need to connect the add-on in the Trade portal under the tab API and communication. You must have your logistics settings approved for the add-on you have chosen, otherwise you will not see this tab in the portal!
4. Listing products
After you have correctly connected the price and availability feed, the next step is to list your products. Connecting the feed does not list products on Alza's side, so this step is necessary for integration and cannot be skipped.
You can find instructions on how to list products in the Listing section of our guides HERE.
5. Launch
Once the supplier has correctly set up their account, connected the product feed, and completed the listing, the Alza Trade team will process the listing on Alza's side. After processing, we will contact the supplier to inform them that the products have been launched.
The speed of launch on the website depends on the supplier. You must complete all actions in accordance with the processed manuals. If the supplier meets 100% of all requirements, it is possible to launch within 10 days of registration.
