Satisfied purchase.
Complete satisfaction with the arm rest. The mat is a nice benefit.
Very comfortable to hold and comfortable to use vertical mouse. Advantage probably a bigger hand.
Long life of the charged internal battery.
Fast charging via USB.
Clear indication of charging and recharging.
Various configuration options.
Lightweight.
Higher price for quality.
The position of the buttons could be shifted or their size extended towards the pad.

more buttons
decent setup options
removable hand pad, on most substrates it must be removed
after 4 months the wheel stopped working
the scroll wheel stopped working on the new mouse after 6 months
the software is not the clearest
the hand pad requires a really smooth pad (not fabric), otherwise the high friction will cause high resistance to movement because the sliding surfaces are only at the edges

Convenient
After less than a year, the wheel stopped working. If you are considering this rather expensive mouse with the idea that it should last a while, this one unfortunately belongs in the same trash heap as Logitech. I'm returning the item, and I definitely don't want to exchange it.

The HP 920 looks great at first glance - ergonomics and precision are excellent. Unfortunately the quality of the scroll wheel is a big disappointment. After two complaints, we can already say that HP really failed with this model. Shame, it could have been a great office mouse.
Excellent and precise control Ergonomic shape, fits comfortably in the hand Fast response and quality materials
The scroll wheel stopped working - already advertised 2 times, always exchange for a new piece The included washer is useless, it does not make sense to me.

It is suitable for a larger hand. One minor feature. My little finger is resting on the bottom of the mouse and when I move it away it snaps - there is a bit of play in the magnetic cap. The wheel is a little higher than it needs to be and has a round profile, like a motorcycle tire (vs. flat as a car tire). And that doesn't sit well with me. After a while I have a slightly bruised middle finger, not in the middle part, but on the side. The longitudinal axis of the wheel does not fit with the middle finger, I have to turn my finger up a bit and it curves slightly, it is not comfortable. With the supplied pad, the palm is raised and the axis of the middle finger almost follows the axis of the wheel. It depends a lot on the shape of your palm and fingers. Unfortunately, the pad does not suit me at all. I can't do movements where you only move the mouse with your fingers and the palm/forearm stays in place, which is the vast majority of movements. The whole wrist or even the hand must move with the pad. If you control the wheel with your index finger, the wheel is just right. Without sw, so the buttons are not adjustable. It has an extra button, you push down with your thumb, in Win it switches working positions (= Win+Tab). I like that my hand doesn't have to be resting on the mouse pad (the mouse is quite tall)l. With other mice, I've had the occasional knuckle on the underside of my wrist get bruised. The shape of the mouse is great, it has 2 buts that I returned it for. I control the mouse with 3 fingers (index finger, middle finger scroll wheel, ring finger) and the button for the ring finger is narrow, my finger is half pushing off the right button, another reason is the scroll wheel, it has an inappropriate rotation axis, it grinds my finger and pushes. And then the price. The packaging in paper (bag) is nice, not another plastic bag.
the most comfortable mouse shape, shaped into a slight "bump", it held me very well
compared to others is higher, which again improves comfort
wheel shape and axis
otherwise, probably nothing else
longer dongle, I wouldn't expect that from HP

I bought this mouse because it has three buttons on the top. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that there is no button in place of the ring finger, but a space for the dongle (the earlier comment erroneously stated that there is no space). That it's not a button is not stated anywhere, not even on HP. When drawing on the computer, it's quite nice to be able to set the middle button (for scrolling the image) to something other than the scroll wheel. For users who don't need to change button functions and don't mind pressing the scroll wheel, the mouse is probably a no-brainer.
Comfortable to hold when you have a larger hand.
The side thumb buttons can be reconfigured, but they only send a short press, they cannot be held down - unusable for scrolling the image, for example.
