This coffee machine appealed to me because of its appearance and, most importantly, its dimensions. I was looking for a compact coffee machine with a maximum depth of 40 cm to fit on a shelf. Making coffee is relatively quiet, even when grinding the beans. We've only been using it for less than a week, so it's too early for a more detailed assessment.
Wide selection of coffee drinks to choose from.
Colour, touchscreen and clear display
Menu in Czech and simple to use
Nice and modern look
Size (primarily the depth of the appliance)
Nothing so far (after a few days of use)

The coffee machine is very nice and compact. Preparing drinks is simple using the Czech-language touchscreen, with a huge selection where everyone can choose a drink exactly to their taste. It's very quiet when in use, but it takes longer than the old model; however, that's not a fault. Simple cleaning in just a few clicks, it's a bit more challenging with the milk container, but it's manageable. The coffee machine has been in use for a week so far, so we'll see how it is in a year's time.

Very quiet coffee grinding and drink preparation

Preparing drinks takes significantly longer than with the old model.

The coffee machine caught my eye mainly because it can prepare lots of different hot and cold drinks. The controls are simple and clear, so everyone can choose a coffee to their liking. I also like the option to adjust the milk foam and the modern design, which fits well in the kitchen. For me, it's a great helper for anyone who wants to enjoy a good coffee in the comfort of their own home.

What I appreciate most about this coffee machine is the huge variety of coffee drinks on offer (each one can also be customised to your taste and saved to a user profile). The milk system on this machine is well-designed, with the option to adjust the milk foam (volume/density). I appreciate that all the removable parts of the coffee machine can be washed in the dishwasher. Another big plus is the ability to make cold drinks. I consider the slight disadvantages to be the longer delay between preparing individual coffee drinks and the need to manually select cleaning for the coffee and milk systems (I would appreciate an automatic clean when pressing the start/stop button). Overall, though, I rate this coffee machine positively.
Wide selection of coffee drinks
Hot and cold system
Design, processing quality
4 user profiles with the option to save your customised coffee drinks
Well-designed milk system
Takes longer to prepare multiple coffees at once
Manual selection for cleaning the coffee and milk systems

The coffee machine caught my eye with its simple touchscreen controls and wide range of drinks. The controls are very intuitive, and I like the profile settings. The coffee, prepared from freshly ground beans, has a rich crema in the end. The coffee machine also handles milky drinks excellently, whether with cow's milk or plant-based milk, frothing them up nicely. I've particularly taken a liking to the preparation of cold drinks, which are wonderfully refreshing. My main criticism is the stainless steel surface under the cups, which gets dirty often and needs frequent polishing; the wheel for adjusting the grind coarseness could also be smoother. Even though the machine has a self-cleaning function, you need to pay more attention to the parts where the milk flows. Otherwise, it's a pleasant, relatively quiet companion.

Can also make cold drinks

Relatively quiet
The stainless steel surfaces get dirty easily
The wheel for adjusting the coarseness could be smoother.

We bought this coffee machine as a new release and didn't have particularly high expectations, but it's absolutely brilliant! You can make up to 24 different types of drinks in it. It can make a beautifully thick foam from plant-based milk, it's very easy to operate, and it's also very accessible for cleaning and refilling with water. I also like that it's relatively quiet and the coffee fills the whole house with a lovely aroma. It's just like you'd get from a coffee shop, but in the comfort of your own home. Another plus is how compact it is; for how relatively small it is, it has a lot of functions. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that when dispensing hot water, for tea for example, the nozzle splashes water around the cup. Otherwise, I have no complaints :)
intuitive operation
Czech language selection
A huge amount of different drinks
Quiet running
filling with hot water, for tea for example - it splashes a lot

We've had the product for just under 10 days. It's easy to operate, even for an older person, thanks to the drink pictures and descriptions in Czech. I was hoping the milk container would be glass, but that's just a personal preference. Other than the water filter, which isn't included in the package, I have nothing to fault so far.
