The taste is not bad, you can get used to it.
The powder is kind of suckly gooey and it's hard to dissolve compared to protein. Next time I'd rather get it in liquid form.

It's great. The taste is a bit like plaster, but mixing it with milk is fine.
The price is high. And it doesn't matter where you buy it. So it's more of an occasional snack.

It's absolutely disgusting. But even if it were tasty, eating only this on a regular basis would be an ordeal, and it wouldn't be healthy for digestion either; food intake is not built on nutrients alone.
disgusting taste and texture
very difficult to mix
the above dosage does not take into account different nutrient intake requirements, but is universally set at 2000 kcal per day, from which smaller people without regular strenuous physical activity would gain

As just a supplement to the normal diet, e.g. a quick breakfast or snack, Mana is absolutely flawless
The taste is satisfactory
I can't imagine it as a diet replacement
I feel hungry for half an hour and then I feel hungry again but it's not a negative thing, it's also a natural hunger that increases my appetite.
