I bought the curling iron for my wife and daughter because they wanted it and because it was on sale -20% with the option of returning it within 90 days. Both have fine and thin hair, so they complain that even with the 12s setting, the curling iron does not spin the 12s even at the lowest temperature of 170°C. Then it happens that the hair does not curl much as a result. When the hair gets tangled, the curling iron turns off and has to be manually turned on again, which delays the work. A function to " spit out" /release the hair without turning off the whole curler would be enough. The curling iron as such is great, it' s just that they have fine hair, so you need to fix the hair more or increase the temperature, that' s better. We will keep the curling iron and recommend it.
Quick heating of the curling iron
You don' t burn your fingers
110-240V (option to take on trips, e. g. to the USA without performance limitation)
SenseIQ so you don' t burn your hair
travel case/case is missing
It shuts off too early thanks to SenseIQ, so fine hair can hardly be curled
Turns off when tangled and then has to be turned on manually (interruption would be enough)
it only holds narrower strands, otherwise it gets tangled and shuts off
Overall, I am satisfied. I still have to learn how to use the curling iron. So far, the curling is longer. Inserting a strand of hair is not exactly easy for me, but I believe it will get faster with time.
beautifully curls even unruly hair
the waves last for three days
the automatic shut-off system when hair is tangled is great
I am very satisfied with the product. I have refused to use a curling iron in the past as my hair is quite thick and I have never been able to curl the back of my head on my own. With this product it is really easy. It is necessary to read the instructions properly, where it is clearly written how to proceed and when followed everything works as it should. It took learning it the hard way once
handles even thick, hard and long hair
relatively fast shooting process
minimum effort compared to classic curling irons and especially minimum skill required (especially when curling the back of the head, for example)
I put the highest temp and longest time and no matter what I do I will not make ANY waves for myself or my daughter: -(. I was going by the reviews and xx compliments and I wanted to see someone who will make some waves. Crazy: -(
I've tried other curling irons. This is the only one I've handled all by myself so far, and pretty quickly. The first time it took a while, but the second time I knew and it went quickly. It doesn't clog the hair, you really can't get burnt and the waves hold nicely.
