The camera has a good image, but I cannot recommend it because of its many shortcomings.

Relatively simple setup

The camera could have better sorted/more intuitive settings in the app. And some features are easier to access than three clicks.

You can set the number of people and animals in the image. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set up alerts only when animals are detected. An alert will come when any movement is detected.

The camera movement has two speeds that switch between when you hold the joystick for more than a fraction of a second. However, the video transmission has a latency of about a second on average, making it unnecessarily difficult to turn the camera smoothly where you want it to go.

Small range of vertical movement.

Before writing my review, the motion detection settings section of the app stopped working.

Two-way sound is unfortunately unusable. Even when I'm talking quietly and have the volume on my phone turned down, I can hear my own voice with a delay from the speaker. The microphone, of course, picks it up again immediately, so the sound starts to chain and repeat. It's very difficult to communicate with someone through a camera.

I get an error when I try to create an account in the app.

I chose this camera because of its supposed support for Home Assistant. However, the manufacturer somehow forgot to explicitly mention on the website that it is necessary to have the camera connected through the Reolink Hub to connect this model with Home Assistant.
