Relatively quiet for the lowest blowing level (about as quiet as a normal fan)

at tropical outdoor temperatures, 4 litres of water in the tank (plus ice or cooling cartridges) was enough for about 8 hours of operation
although it did not cool the room, it managed to create such a climate that I did not feel hot (even if I came back from a cooler room)
it is loud at the highest level of blowing
small hinged door (OK for pouring water, but if I want to insert or remove the cooling cartridge, the door has to be removed completely)
rotation (oscillation) only 60°
when switched on, it automatically starts blowing at the lowest level (I miss the option not to blow when switched on)
