I have had experience with this mouse and have had the MX Vertical to compare as well. From my own experience, I can say that the MX Master 3S is very heavy compared to the MX Vertical (2-3x)-on paper it doesn't look like it, it's probably because of the very poor weight distribution.

I've used the mouse for two days, and I'm deciding to return it. For me, it has many flaws.
Silent clicking
Horizontal wheel
The middle wheel is magnetic and can be switched between step and continuous movement. If the wheel spins super fast, the magnet will lose its attraction and the stepper will act smooth for a while, then jump back on its own.
The mouse jumps a lot, the dongle is about 30cm away, increasing the DPI does not help.
The mouse does not work over a cable connection, so the cable only works as a rechargeable device and not as a connection to the system
It has 140g, which against my previous 74g is a lot to notice, hard to aim with it in games (I'm aware it's not gaming)
It does not have updatable firmware, logitech does not have it in the list of supported peripherals for updates
I have no idea if it's me, but when one wants to put back (go back a page) one accidentally tries to press the horizontal scroll instead because it's exactly at that level of the back button.
Mouse gestures are nice, but you have to put a lot of effort into applying a gesture, and you usually only succeed on the second or third try.
The mouse has such a simple click that when you have your finger on the left button, you accidentally squeeze it a few times with the weight of your finger.

I would say it's only worth buying if you really want a magnetic scroll
Wheelbarrow
rubberized plastic is quite uncomfortable, heats, sticks, disappointing for the money

I've only had the mouse for a little while, but I feel like I did when I got my first Logitech MX1000 laser mouse. It's just as amazing, only now the battery life is somewhere else. The ergonomics are great, and if you also install the "Logitech Options+" software, then you can have one button with 4 additional adjustable gestures under your thumb, so it's like having 5 buttons.
Incredibly quiet clicking.
It works even without a Bluetooth dongle.
Switch between three paired devices from the bottom of the mouse.
Works on PC, MAC, Android and iOS/iPad.
I will hope that the rubberization won't get slimy and sticky over time, as I read somewhere.

I preferred to buy the G502, which works normally.
It doesn't work, the mouse is lagging via BT and dongle
Service refuses to address as a fault

A nice mouse designed primarily for work. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is that with previous models (master 2s & master 3), users were ruining the rubberized surface quite quickly, mainly due to sweat. The manufacturer claims that they have already used a different material for this model and therefore the defect should not manifest itself, but time will tell if this is really true or not. In "smooth" scrolling mode, the scroll wheel sometimes moves a little in the other direction at the end of the scroll.
Customizable via Logitech software
Two modes of vertical wheel - stepwise and continuous
8000 DPI
125 Hz polling rate - ok for work, may be insufficient for hardcore gaming
Battery life is not as great as the manufacturer claims
