The goods arrived very quickly and were perfectly and securely packaged, so the coffee machine arrived in absolute order.
As for the appliance itself, after the first few cups it started making truly excellent, tasty and aromatic coffee with a rich crema. The controls are simple and intuitive. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The coffee machine replaced a previous, lower-tier model from the same manufacturer, which broke down after 8 years when the brewing unit cracked. We have already tried all the drinks; the preparation of milky coffee drinks via the tube from an external container works well, and the aroma double shot has also enhanced the caffè crema. Overall, happy so far.

Coffee machine with extreme cleaning – it rinses after turning on and rinses after turning off, great that it cleans itself like this, excellent milk system cleaning function. The coffee it makes is great. It acted up a bit once, turning itself off after a coffee was selected, but after an hour's rest it calmed down and is now working properly again.
excellent coffee
self-cleaning function
simple and intuitive operation
Large 1.9L water tank
Czech
extra compartment for ground coffee – great for decaf
touch button to switch off - sometimes you accidentally touch it, it turns off the coffee machine and then you have to wait for the rinse cycle after switching off, and the rinse cycle after switching on, which cannot be interrupted
To empty the coffee grounds, you need to open the coffee machine, so you always need to have space around it.
it cleans itself so much that you have to empty the drip tray after almost every 2nd clean, which requires opening the entire front panel

For the current price, it is a decent coffee machine that makes good coffee, suitable for household use or smaller groups.
When cleaning the drip tray, you have to open the front door, and when you open it, the milk frothing tube gets in the way.
