a range of features and communication interfaces such as WiFi or Bluetooth, you can print high quality photos on a thermal
sublimation printer. Laser printers, on the other hand, excel at low operating costs when printing large amounts text
documents. When selecting a printer, it is advisable to consider what you will be using it for. See the description of the

Occasional printing is best suited for standard inkjet printers and multifunction printers (scanner and copier). You do not have to take into account qualitative factors. However, it is worthwhile to focus on models that are not effected by long periods of being idle, which can cause the ink to dry out.
For large-volume black-and-white printing of documents at minimal cost, your best options are laser and LED printers. Due to the lower quality of printed photos, laser printers are primarily designed for offices and companies that use large amounts of text documents.
Photo printers are best with ink or thermosublimation printers. A thermosublimation printer uses high temperatures for printing. Ink for these printers does not dry even after a long period of inactivity, and print photos are highly resistant to external damages.
If you want to copy or back up your documents in addition to classical printing, it is best to buy a printer that can do it all. These are called multifunctional printers and they exist in a variety of forms, from laser to ink. However, if you really need to scan properly, it is best to purchase a separate desktop scanner.
