Modern cases are available in elegant, futuristic and minimalist designs. When choosing, make sure that the cabinet is strong enough and stable for your needs. They are designed not to accumulate the hot air exhaled by the individual system components, and provide adequate positions for optical drives and hard drives or an additional fan. They also offer possiblities to access data (USB, FireWire) or audio (headphone) ports.
