Řeším problém s registrací na Acer k prodloužení záruky na 3R. Při pokusu o přidání zařízení přes SNID nebo SN notebooku mi web píše, že produkt je již registrován. Osobně tedy registraci nemohu provést a dohledal jsem i, že pod tímto SNID ma na aceru dva roky záruku. Dohledal jsem také, že registrace (cizí) proběhla v šestém měsící, ale já koupil od alza počítač až v desátém měsící. Domnívám se, že registraci tedy udělala Alza. Přes customer care aceru jsem se jen dozvěděl extremně vágní odpověd nic neříkající a neřešící.
