How does the process of data recovery look like? Carefully and in detail fill in (after logging in) this form. The more specific information you provide at the beginning the faster will your data recovery be.
Choose how and where will be the damaged media handed over (in service department of Alzasoft or right in DataHelp) or if it should be claimed on site (enter address, phone number and contact person). This alternate is for Alzasoft’s customers free of charge. In case none of these variants suit you you can send the damaged media by post right to DataHelp.

WARNING – in your own interest handle the medium with care (see to protection against static electricity etc.) and also see to proper packaging (the medium must be protected against impacts and other mechanical damage).

1.step: Evaluatation of the possibility of data recovery – DataHelp assesses what type of recovery is in your concrete case possible and what the rough price of the whole procedure will be. This diagnosis is free of charge. You will be informed about the result in few hours.

2.step: Data recovery (if possible) – data recovery process starts after you agree on price and procedure. You can find an rough price list here. In case you order data recovery via this form you automativally receive a 10% discount.

3.step: Handover of recovered data – a copy of your recovered data will be stored on your delivered media or if agreed on a new hard drive or CD/DVD. Copy on a hard drive is for free, prices of new media must be arranged with DataHelp or you can easily buy some on www.alza.cz.

Often hardware warranty is lost during data recovery – protection seals are broken, disks taken apart etc. DataHelp does maximum to avoid this but it is necessary to count with the possibility that in your case there may be no other way to save your data.
