Dobrý den, chci prosím výrobek vrátit na základě nedostupnosti filtrů, výrobek je nepoužitelný po skončení servisní doby filtru - 2000 h, tzn. nedokáže čistit vzduch přes špinavý filtr, vznikla tedy překážka v záruční době, která nelze vyřešit jinak než vrácením peněz nebo výměnou za výrobek nový s čistým filtrem. děkuji předem za odpověď, s pozdravem Marek Krátký
