What should you focus on when choosing a ring?

Material

Gold rings - high-quality and corrosion-resistant, gold is unsurprisingly the most used material in jewellery manufacturing. The number of karats indicates the gold content in the metal, so the higher the karatage, the purer the gold. You can choose from yellow, white or rose gold.
Silver rings - are popular mainly due to their price/quality ratio. Silver jewellery is considerably cheaper than gold, but it’s not as resistant and may tarnish and darken with age. Fortunately, the tarnish can be easily removed with special silver cleaning products.
Stainless steel rings - are extremely resistant and tough, so the jewellery can withstand demanding wear and doesn’t require any maintenance. These rings look great, don’t cause allergic reactions, and are wholly harmless.

Jewellery metal rings - usually made of a copper and zinc alloy. They are significantly cheaper and can be impossible to distinguish from the more expensive metals. How to choose the right size

The easiest way is to visit a jewellery store and get your finger measured. However, if you are buying the ring as a gift, you can print a handy ring sizer. You can use it to measure a ring from your spouse or family member’s jewelry box. Always measure the inner circumference of the ring, down to a millimetre.
