Tennis Equipment

When choosing a tennis racket, it is important to keep in mind several terms and parameters. The first is the grip of the racket, the part you hold in your hands. The grip has a length of 12-14 cm and is divided into five sizes L1 - L5 according to the circumference. Grip 3 is suitable for the average male hand. Grip 2 is for smaller hands or for women, and the same applies to Grip 1. Grips 4 and 5 are suitable for larger hands. And how do we measure the size of the grip?

The second important parameter is the weight of the racket. For a beginner we recommend choosing a racket weighing up to 290 g. Rackets weighing over 300 g are quite heavy, so chances are that your hands will start hurting soon after the start of the game. They are designed for professional players.
