Dobrý den, mám elektrický polohovací stůl Alza Ergo ET2.1 a řeším problém s tím, že jedna noha stolu je vysunutá víc než druhá – deska tedy není v rovině. Napájení je zkontrolované a správně zapojené. Prosím o radu, jak postupovat dál. Lze stůl nějak resetovat, nebo upravit výšku pouze jedné nohy?

Dobrý den, při posuvu stolu směrem dolů se ozývá z jedné nohy (vzdálenější od motoru) pravidelné bouchání, a to i v případě, kdy je stolová deska prázdná. Při zvedání stolu není žádný problém. Děkuji

Dobrý den, stul mě po připojení vyhazuje hlášku Er3 asi Error. Plus nejde snížít níže než 85 cm, nevíte co stím? Jde to nějak restartovat? Stul po záruce. Díky, Lukáš
