Calcium Aquamin could be described as a complex of minerals, which include calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, phosphorus and many others. The mineral complex in the form of aquamine comes from a seaweed called Lithothamnion calcareum. This algae is found in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean.
