Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3
Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3
Case Processor Intel Xeon E3-1230 conceals 4 cores , So the station with this piece of silicon easily fills multiprocessor machines, which are more demanding in terms of the cost and energy requirements. Hyper-Threading Technology In addition, each core can sever the 2 virtual, so that in the process and can handle 8 threads at once. The basic processor clock speed is 3.3 GHz, but clever feature Intel Turbo Boost can detect moments when the processor needs to add power and automatically overclock up to 3.7 GHz So you will receive a truly high-performance computing. Third-level cache L3 8 MB balances the speed of access to information between the processor and other components.
Intel Xeon E3-performance computing unit, which has a 64-bit instruction set and can address up to 32 GB of memory. Very significant is the presence of virtualization technology Intel VT-x Which allows one hardware platform to function as multiple virtual environment. Operations using multiple threads will run faster with a set of instructions aimed at the most efficient use of individual cores in parallel processes. When idle but on the contrary will activate the power saving mode, which uses only the power required to run all the applications running.
