Its tens of millions of sold consoles are exactly the same at their core, creating an absolutely ideal platform for your entry into the virtual world. The perfect uniformity eliminates many common and less common hardware compatibility issues. Just plug in your PS VR device and have fun.
Stunning PS VR technical parameters
The hardware equipment of PS VR includes a 5.7" OLED screen with a total resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels. It offers completely free 360-degree movement with a latency less than 18 ms. All your motion is captured by an accelerometer, gyroscope, and nine LEDs. PS VR games run at 120 frames per second, ensuring smooth graphics even during intense action sequences. The magnificent experience is further complemented by true 3D sound, which allows you to accurately pinpoint sounds in space. In-game communication is handled by a smartly integrated microphone.
Bright gaming future
Over 230 studios are currently working on PlayStation VR content, from independent developers to the largest publishers on the market. Sony expects that more than 50 titles will be available by the end of the year. Everyone who purchases the headset receives a demo disc and a free Playroom VR app. It contains six games to play with your friends and family. It also serves as an excellent demonstration of the unique features of the device.
PlayStation VR pushes boundaries
And since PlayStation 4 is also a popular multiplayer platform, its VR games follow the suit. You can let other people in the room watch your game progress on the TV screen and in some games they can even join you using the DualShock controller.
