Dobrý den, jak je uvedeno v popisku koupila jsem náplň do tiskárny HP 3630 a tiskárna mi píše chybu, že toner není kompatibilní. Proč tedy uvádíte tiskárnu se kterou náplně nejsou kompatibilní?

Dobrý den, koupil jsem tuto náplň do tiskárny HP 3630, jak je uvedeno v popise. Bohuže ltisk nejde, píše mi to, že náplň není kompatibilní s tiskárnou.
