Nettle is a traditional herb that helps liver and kidney function and has diuretic effects. It also supports the natural defenses - the immune system, normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract (excretion and cleansing of the body), cardiovascular system and overall vitality of the body. The tincture is packed in dark bottles, thus sufficiently protected from light. You can take it on its own, but also add it to water or juice.

Nettles can be perceived by many as an unpleasant weed that grows almost everywhere. It is a perennial plant that thrives everywhere except in tropical areas. However, its unique healing effects cannot be denied. It contains significant amounts of chlorophyll, a green plant dye that has detoxifying properties and helps to remove harmful substances, including heavy metals, from the body. The active ingredients include water-soluble polysaccharides that stimulate the immune system. Nettle is a source of vitamins (A, B, C and E) and minerals, where iron is definitely the first priority, then magnesium, calcium, silicon, potassium, Phosphorus.

Nettle mainly helps liver and kidney function. It has diuretic (diuretic) properties and thus helps the excretion of water from the body. Supports the activity of the vascular system, especially when feeling "heavy feet", helps maintain bone health, joints, hair, skin and nails. It also promotes intestinal peristalsis and has a beneficial effect on the prostate in men.

Benefits of herbal tinctures
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant's cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. The highest quality plants are selected for the tincture and after thorough cleansing they are slowly infused in 25% alcohol. Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper.
