Delivery Guarantee Terms & Conditions
We will deliver your goods by Christmas (i.e., by 12:00 on December 24, 2025) provided the following conditions are met:
- You order items that are in stock in the quantity, version and quality you require, and you place the order no later than the final day of the campaign using a delivery method that allows delivery by Christmas (indicated by the symbol
in the cart);
- You make your order between December 1 and December 22, 2025, by 23:59 at the latest (the order must be finalised by this time; merely adding items to the cart is not sufficient);
- Alza confirms your order, issues you an invoice, and you do not withdraw from this purchase agreemen;
- You pay the purchase price on time according to the chosen payment method;
- You collect the ordered items from an Alza store within the specified period during its opening hours, or from a pick up locker (AlzaBox), or the items will be delivered to you via AlzaExpres;
- If the delivery method you chose is carried out by a third party, Alza will hand over your items to that carrier on time (however, Alza is not liable for timely delivery by its contractual partners);
- In the event of force majeure (including extraordinary, unforeseeable, unavoidable and unintentional events, unpredictable weather, an unexpected spike in the number of orders, or an IT system outage), Alza is not liable for late delivery;
- For products marked “In stock at the supplier’s”, Alza cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
The buyer acknowledges that this campaign may be updated at any time due to extraordinary events or other circumstances, particularly with regard to delivery methods, or may be cancelled entirely.
