Super, vypadá to, že hra dnes nepřijde, ačkoli jste slibovali dovoz v den vydání. Dokonce máte tu drzost napsat, že přijde až 22. 6. Už zde nic nepředobjednávám.

Hezký den , nezklamete náhodou zákazníky ?? S tím , že můžou mít tuto hru ihned na 20 prodejnách ?? Já sem si udělal předobjednávku a hru nemám a budu ji mít prý až zítra ?? operátor mi sdělil , že se nedá nic dělat . Mám prý počkat. Škoda , že sem si nepředobjednal třeba na JRC , ty vydávali předobjednávky už od půlnoci.

Som z vás veľmi sklamaná. Predobjednavka má tuším zaručiť, že sa k hre dostanem skôr ako niekto kto si hru kúpi po tom ako vyjde... Mám čakať do 22.6. Keby som z BA tak to samozrejme doma mám už celý víkend.... Alza doručenie sklamanie. Tiež nerozumiem prečo mi to neprišlo cez víkend keď bol tovar odoslaný z BA už v piatok a ja mám zaplatenú to "najvýhodnejšie (najdrahšie) doručenie" .... Od vás už nepredobjednávam.

Jsem jediný komu přišel email od Alzy 3 dny před vydáním (16.6) o nějaké systémové chybě atd.? Navíc stav objednávky je pořád: "Rezervováno připravujeme k odeslání". Jak si to mám tedy vysvětlit? K čemu si měsíc dopředu něco předobjednávám, když si pak normálně můžu dojít do obchodu a hru si koupit. Měl jsem za to, že na prvním místě jsou předobjednávky a pak další. Nevím na co Alza čeká. Každopádně asi mi je jasné, že tenhle víkend to nebude..

chci se zeptat, když už jste zrušili mou předobjednávku speciální edice, zda bude znova možnost tuto edici předobjednat, nebo jste ji nadobro vyřadili z nabídky.
