The Babysense 5 Breathing Monitor consists of two sensor boards where you can change the sensitivity according to your current needs. There are no false alarms, which other breathing monitors often have a problem with. This breathing monitor helps protect the baby from breathing problems, breathing irregularities and dreaded SIDS. The product has been clinically tested and has the status of a medical device, thus distinguishing it from other monitors on the market.
How does a unique breath monitor work?
- High sensitive sensors on the boards provide monitoring even the smallest breathing micro-motions of a child
- The device evaluates the current number of breathing movements and identifies breathing patterns
- The data is transferred to the microprocessor located in the base unit of the device
- If breathing is not detected for more than 20 seconds or the respiratory rate drops to less than 10 breaths per minute, it triggers an alarm
- Parents are informed about the threat before it ever occurs
- The power supply is solved by pencil batteries, where an indicator informs you about their status
