- Important prevention of gum inflammation
How to clean your teeth
The brushes must fill the interdental space properly and penetrate lightly, but with a slight scrubbing resistance. After inserting the brush between the teeth, move it back and forth. Repeat for all interdental gaps. After using the brush, rinse it thoroughly.
